Manager
Digitization is leading digital banking, digital innovation, digitization, and
automation efforts within the Bank's business and operations. In addition, the
job will support senior management in developing, driving, and implementing the
Bank's digital strategy in collaboration with various units, third-party
partners, and stakeholders.
IMPORTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage key stakeholders to assist senior management in establishing and implementing a digital strategy.
- Oversee the overall management of Digital Banking projects, including tracking and monitoring progress and implementing them effectively.
- Interact with cross-functional team members and work closely with diverse product, service, and technology segments.
- Maintain a working knowledge of external competitive digital development and its implications.

REQUIREMENTS
- Have functional and technical expertise in all aspects of company and product digitization.
- Knowledge of digital payment systems, banking procedures, digital banking products and services, omnichannel integration, and other related topics is required.
- Digital technologies and payment are well-understood and emphasized.
- The ability to adopt a flexible approach and the Bank's working procedures and culture.
- High level of accuracy and focus on the task at hand.
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, interpersonal, and written).
- The ability to manage workloads and work independently to complete projects and fulfill deadlines.
- Seeing change as a positive thing and being open to new ideas.
ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management/Commerce/Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computers, Information Management, or a similar discipline with at least a second division or 2.5 CGPA is required (out of 4).
- Minimum of 8 years experience in commercial banks or fintech or digital banking service providers, including at least three years at Officer/Manager level for Master's Degree holders and at least four years at Officer/Manager level for Bachelor's Degree holders
All
candidates must be fluent in Nepali and English, both written and spoken.
Candidates should have a bright and charming personality, eloquent, excellent
interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to succeed. Candidates must have a
positive attitude, work well in a team, and also be able to work independently
and independently take the initiative.
