Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, the lead actors in the upcoming Netflix film "Murder Mystery 2", reportedly faced some physical trials and tribulations during the movie's production.
Sandler, in particular, disclosed to Variety that he had to undergo a hip replacement surgery shortly after filming, which he attributed to the cumulative strain from his rigorous schedule, which included other movies like "Spaceman" where he was suspended in a harness frequently. The seasoned comedian also admitted that at his age of 56, he found performing his own stunts to be a nerve-wracking endeavor, adding that "everything's scary" when you're not as young as you used to be.
Aniston, who is known for her fitness regime and has been vocal about her love for exercise and wellness, did not escape unscathed either. She revealed to the publication that she re-injured an old back injury on the final day of filming while working with a harness, leaving her in considerable discomfort for the next few days.
The duo's physical challenges on set demonstrate the rigorous demands of movie-making and the toll it can take on even the most seasoned performers. The movie "Murder Mystery 2" is set to premiere on Netflix on Friday and promises to offer audiences a thrilling ride, albeit one that came with a few physical bumps and bruises for its stars.
