Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree
• More than or equivalent to two years of experience is required.
• Required Professional Abilities: Interpersonal Management Communication Patience

Additional Information

• A bachelor's degree is required, and two years of relevant experience. It is preferable to have a master's degree.

Description of the Position

• Supervise dispatchers, supervisors, leaders, and all hub workers to oversee the daily operations of all hubs.
• Oversee the truck and motorcycle delivery crews and work closely with the Fleet Manager to guarantee professional delivery and pickup operations.
• In all hub facilities, implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Maintain control over the COD process and the compliance of delivery personnel and detailed cash reconciliation.
• Ensure that loads are delivered on time and precisely to the small hubs.
•  From the mother hub, lead troubleshooting efforts, solve problems as they arise, and assure service integrity.
