Job Description

Description of the Position
- Supervise dispatchers, supervisors, leaders, and all hub workers to oversee the daily operations of all hubs.
- Oversee the truck and motorcycle delivery crews and work closely with the Fleet Manager to guarantee professional delivery and pickup operations.
- In all hub facilities, implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Maintain control over the COD process and the compliance of delivery personnel and detailed cash reconciliation.
- Ensure that loads are delivered on time and precisely to the small hubs.
- From the mother hub, lead troubleshooting efforts, solve problems as they arise, and assure service integrity.
