Zendaya Stuns on Red Carpet in Two Rare Vintage Looks, Championing the Trend of Archive Fashion

The red carpet is no match for the supreme style of Zendaya, a Hollywood luminary who has a knack for making a grand entrance. Whether she's clad in a bold hot-pink Valentino suit or a sensuous Saint Laurent gown with a plunging backline, this celebrity knows how to turn heads.

Recently, after a prolonged hiatus from the red carpet scene, Zendaya re-emerged in a flurry of fashion, unveiling not one but two stunning ensembles in a single evening. Both of her sizzling outfits were vintage archive pieces that any avid fashion enthusiast would instantly recognise.
For her appearance at the 2023 NAACP Image Awards in Los Angeles, the 26-year-old star of "Euphoria" donned a luxurious silk black and green Versace haute couture dress from the spring/summer 2002 collection. The dress featured a daringly high thigh slit, revealing a pair of black patent pumps beneath, while Zendaya elevated her look with crystal-encrusted Bulgari jewelry on her wrist and fingers.

Later that evening, the actor wowed the crowd once more, this time in a custom-made Prada outfit that drew inspiration from a look in their spring/summer 1993 collection. The ensemble consisted of a white satin cut-out crop top, a matching maxi skirt with cut-out details across the midriff, and a pair of white leather heels.

The trend of vintage fashion has taken the red carpet scene by storm, and Zendaya, a gen-Z style icon, is leading the charge. It is worth noting that there may be another archive moment from the actor at the upcoming SAG Awards. Stay tuned!
